Chris Anderson – President
Chris Anderson is a seasoned technology executive who brings more than 20 years of experience in the transportation management industry to his current role as President of Varsity Logistics, Inc.
As President, he is responsible for driving the day-to-day product and sales operational areas, including directing the operations and strategies of the sales, marketing and product teams for Varsity's shipping software for the IBM i.
Prior to assuming his leadership role at Varsity, Chris oversaw the company's professional services organization. During his nine-year tenure he was responsible for hundreds of customer deployments and custom integrations maintaining a customer retention rate of 95%.
Before joining Varsity, Chris held various product management positions with Capstan Systems, DHL Worldwide Express, and Form + Surfaces.
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Chris attended both under graduate and graduate school at San Francisco State University.
Mike Parrilli – Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of sales Mike Parrilli leads the sales team responsible for making Varsity's transportation management software a household name in the IBM i, iSeries and AS/400 space.
When he joined Varsity in 2001, Mike brought with him a long history of sales success. Mike's prior experience includes sales and sales management positions with Lanier Business Products, Datapoint, Micro General, Alternative Mailing Systems and Pitney Bowes.
Mike's commitment to the IBM i platform and deep understanding of the transportation management industry make him a trusted partner for companies that ship all types of goods. It's Mike's belief that every IBM i user should become a Varsity customer. Mike holds a BS Degree from St Norbert College.
Douglas Dolge – Senior Director Product Development
Doug Dolge brings 30 years in IT systems and product development experience. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for planning and executing development projects as well as creating and managing strategic IT plans. Doug has developed and managed ERP and Supply Chain systems with a major emphasis on the IBM System i platform. From 1992 to 2000, Doug held various IT management positions at Dexter Corporation. Subsequently, Doug managed all enterprise system development at Jameco Electronics, Inc. He holds a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin .
Vincent Taravella – Business Development and Marketing Manager
As Director of Business Development and Marketing for Varsity Logistics, Vincent Taravella holds primary responsibility for managing and cultivating the Varsity Logistics business partner network and strategic alliances throughout the domestic US and Canada.
With more than ten years experience in channels management, business development and marketing, Vince’s appointment to this role reflects his relationship building and marketing skills and experience in the supply chain software industry.
Previously, Vince served as Director of Channel Sales and Marketing at VAI (Vormittag Associates, Inc.), overseeing VAI’s North American channel sales force, strategic alliances and third party relationships. Under his leadership, VAI experienced tremendous growth via the channel network with a majority of the companies’ new business directly attributable to channel sales.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, concentration in Marketing from Long Island University, School of Business, College of Management.
